If your DROP™ Filter stops working the way it should, we’ll replace it. No hassle. No loopholes.

The only things we don’t cover are:

  • If it’s frozen solid

  • Crushed under an elephant, truck, or airplane

  • Modified into some kind of DIY science experiment

Everything else? Just send it back, cover a small shipping & handling fee, and we’ll get you a new one. We stand behind every DROP. Always.

Before You Request a Replacement

We just need to run a quick check to make sure the filter really failed, this prevents waste and gets you the fastest resolution.

Step 1: Make sure it was used as intended

Confirm it wasn’t frozen, altered, or dropped from a helicopter.

Step 2: Inspect the filter

Look for cracks, broken seals, or obvious damage. Take a photo if you can.

Step 3: Quick Flow Test

Attach a bottle and squeeze water through. If it’s slow, backflush once, this usually fixes it.

Step 4: Send Us Details

Get in touch with us via our contact form and send us:

  • Short description of the issue

  • Photos (if any)

  • Confirm you tried backflushing

Step 5: We’ll Take It From There

If the filter fails, we’ll replace it.
